Abstract

In times of social crises and instability, strategic fundraising becomes an important practical tool for ensuring financial stability and socio-economic development. The purpose of the work is to analyze strategic approaches to the innovative potential of fundraising, which can be successfully used to effectively attract funding. Methodology. In the research process, general scientific methods were applied: analysis and synthesis, comparison, structural-logical method, systematization, generalization and abstraction. Scientific novelty. The study examines the issues of strategic fundraising in the context of financial support tools in conditions of limited resource provision. Various approaches to fundraising are considered, including digital, traditional, innovative and partnership. The features of specific strategies and tools, such as crowdfunding, online platforms, and non-fungible tokens (NFT) technologies, are analyzed. It has been established that a comprehensive approach to fundraising, which assimilates modern and traditional methods, allows to ensure maximum efficiency in achieving financial stability. Conclusions. The study substantiates that crowdfunding, online platforms and NFTs are positioned as reliable fundraising tools, in particular, at the stage of forming a company’s business strategy. Key approaches to regulating the crowdfunding investment market are proposed. It is proven that the considered types of alternative financing and support are seen as an effective means of transforming approaches to financing innovative projects. The analysis conducted in the article allows to identify the advantages of fundraising models, as well as to highlight related risks and challenges, which will allow to develop and implement effective strategies for their leveling.
