DOCUMENTATION FOR ORGANIZING THE PROCESS OF PROVIDING SOCIAL MEDIATION SERVICES IN CONFLICT PREVENTION AMONG VULNERABLE POPULATION GROUPS

Abstract

The article identifies the features of document management for organizing the process of providing social mediation services in conflict prevention among vulnerable population groups. Mediation is presented as a basic social service provided to vulnerable population categories. It is noted that the mediation procedure is extrajudicial, voluntary, confidential and structured. It involves preventing the emergence or settlement of a conflict and consists of preparing for mediation, directly conducting mediation and recording the agreements of the parties based on the results of mediation. It is emphasized that in war conditions, the focus and direction of work in mediation changes, the vulnerability of participants in the process of providing social mediation services increases. Accordingly, this necessitates the need for the mediator to have additional knowledge and skills necessary for crisis mediation, which is based on a trauma-informed approach.It is noted that there are features of document management for adults and children regarding the organization of the process of providing social mediation services. This involves taking into account the specifics of the mediator's training, the conditions of provision and cases that lead to the termination of the provision of the relevant service. It is emphasized that the documentation on the conduct and results of information and assessment meetings with the mediator takes into account the consent and needs of the parties to the conflict, its essence and mediatability, the type of complexity of the case, indicators of the vulnerability of the participant and obstacles. During mediation, the documentation focuses on the dates and duration of the events, resources, rights, obligations and responsibilities of the mediator (mediators) and the parties to the mediation. It is noted that the documentation on the results of the mediation contains information on the agreements of the parties on the methods of resolving the conflict, their obligations and consequences in case of violation of the relevant agreements. It is also emphasized that after the completion of the provision of social mediation services, documentation is important that provides information on the opinions, evaluation and reactions of the recipients of the relevant service, its quantitative and qualitative indicators.
