EATURES OF PREPARING FUTURE TEACHERS FOR RESEARCH WORK

Abstract

The research work of future teachers is an integral part of their professional training. The article is devoted to the analysis of key concepts and stages of scientific and pedagogical research. On the basis of the analysis of scientific literature, the characteristics of the essence of the methodology of pedagogy and its development, structure, organization and conduct of scientific and pedagogical research are presented. The purpose of the article is to highlight the generalized features of the preparation of future teachers for research work in pedagogical discourse, to substantiate the effective conditions for the success of the process under study. The article highlights the specifics of the organization of scientific and pedagogical research as a process of cognition of an object or process in the field of education, which is implemented using interrelated methods. Attention is focused on three levels of scientific and pedagogical research: empirical, theoretical, methodological, their content characteristics are characterized in detail. The peculiarities of the development of the research concept, which involves the identification of contradictions, the definition of the research problem, the definition of its purpose and objectives, the formation of criteria for the reliability of scientific knowledge, the specification of the scientific apparatus (object of research, subject of research, purpose, stages, forms of organization, content of education) are revealed. The characteristics of various research methods are presented: theoretical (analysis, synthesis, comparison, formalization, induction, deduction, analogy, modeling) and practical (study of the source base, observation, measurement, survey, testing, questionnaire, expert assessment). The organizational and pedagogical conditions for the effectiveness of the success of the process under study are proposed, first of all, the expediency of creating a proper, favorable educational environment, ensuring subject-subject relations between the teacher and the student, the motivation of research work. Conclusions are formulated, which boil down to the following thesis: research work of students is an important component of their professionalism, an indisputable condition for the disclosure of their creative potential. The prospect of further scientific research is outlined.
