FORMATION OF ENTREPRENEURIAL COMPETENCE IN FUTURE TEACHERS

The article reveals the issues of the essence and structure of the entrepreneurial competence of the future teacher and fundraising activities as its component. Attention is focused on the fact that entrepreneurial competence should be an integral component of the pedagogical skills of a modern teacher and act as his personal value, without which full realization in professional activity is impossible. The entrepreneurial competence of the future teacher is defined as an acquired, integral formation, which includes the ability to produce and implement new educational and economic ideas, think creatively and critically, look for new extraordinary approaches to organizing the educational process, show entrepreneurship (the ability to make responsible educational and economic decisions, quickly adapt to the conditions of social society, correlate one’s own interests with the interests and needs of other people); strategically plan educational and financial activities, effectively achieve the set goals; possess leadership and communicative qualities, effectively organize fundraising activities. The study of the selective OK «Fundraising in preschool education» is aimed at the formation of entrepreneurial competence of future teachers, along with other educational components (OK), which reveals the main requirements and methods of organizing fundraising activities in educational institutions in order to implement educational projects on the development, education and upbringing of preschool children. Using elements of problem-solving, training, experimental training, future teachers are formed with competencies about the essence of fundraising as one of the additional sources of financing for educational institutions; its types, forms, objects, subjects, stages of implementation of fundraising activities and ways of attracting donors to finance educational programs/projects in education; the role and significance of fundraising in the development of educational institutions.
